I founded my first business – an IT reseller – way back in 1995, and grew annual revenues to several million pounds before successfully exiting the business in 2002.

After a demanding and rewarding career in software sales, looking after clients and managing teams all over the world, the entrepreneurial bug and desire to run my own business struck again in 2017 when I was persuaded by my wife Lucy to set up Stowhill Estates.

I now enjoy applying my years of high-level sales and negotiating experience to the property sector where I can ensure my clients achieve the very best price for their home, whilst making the selling process as smooth as possible

When I’m not selling unique homes, you’ll probably find me ‘networking’ on the golf course (Frilford Heath or Burford if you fancy a round…!). I’m a proud Dad of two girls and an unashamed petrol head (I love cars almost as much as I love houses!).

I started my career working in TV and entertainment in 1998 and spent 18 years working for some of the biggest names in showbiz in the UK and internationally, eventually setting up my own PR agency which I ran for 5 years.

My absolute passion is marketing and nothing is more rewarding to me than seeing a home come to life through beautiful images, captivating videography, and compelling lifestyle property descriptions.

I believe that people deserve a better way to sell their home. After all, it’s not just about price and square footage; a home is where love, laughter, and sometimes tears are shared and where memories are made. When it’s time for you to move on to your next adventure, it’s my job to present your home in the light it truly deserves, and find that next buyer who will love it as much as you do.

I am also a certified Life Coach and when I’m not selling unique and beautiful homes, I enjoy coaching other property entrepreneurs to help them build their businesses and create their dream lifestyle. I’m a proud mum to my two girls and love to travel.

Before setting up Stowhill Estates Berkshire with my wife Julia, I spent the previous 20 years working all over the world in sales and relationship management roles in organisations of every possible size. I have always been fascinated by the property market, especially as a lifelong Berkshire resident and having seen many changes in the local area over that time.

Launching the Berkshire division of Stowhill Estates allows me to continue using all of the skills I have acquired over the last 20 years, the major difference being that now I get to look after people and relationships that really matter to me.

Buying and selling a home is intensely personal and I can now use my experience and expertise to support people on that journey by implementing all of the little things that I know remove stress and make the entire process more pleasurable.

Julia and I live in the heart of Berkshire with our Labrador, Amber, and we are heavily involved in our local community in terms of events, teams and pubs! I love getting out on the golf course, snowboarding, carpentry and playing guitar and singing in bands. That’s just the tip of the iceberg when it comes to hobbies but those alone bring with them more than enough equipment for one lifetime, for which I apologise unreservedly to Jules

Having spent a decade in the wine industry, some people thought I was mad for giving up the ‘dream job’ for something new – but finding people their perfect home excites me even more than finding them a delicious glass of wine! I’ve been working in Marketing for over 20 years, and have been fortunate enough to be involved in so many aspects of several industries (mainly wine) from customer marketing, to innovation, to Head of Marketing for a beer club, to brand manager for an Australian wine brand (conveniently named RedHeads!). It’s fair to say, if you need wine advice, I’m your girl.

Having the chance to be part of people’s lives in a more personal way is something I find incredibly rewarding. My husband Tim and I love nothing more than spending time with people and building meaningful, long-term relationships.

Outside of work, I’m a volunteer for various projects – litter picking in local areas, working for Guide Dogs for the Blind (which is how our beautiful Amber came to live with us!) and supporting local animal charities. I love being creative; photography, painting, sculpting, glass-blowing…you name it, I’ve tried it. I’m a fair-weather golfer and you’ll also find me daydreaming of my next snowboarding holiday in the garden of our local pub.

With a degree in Physics, I began my career by founding a web design and IT support business. I then transitioned into the web agency world, eventually becoming Director of a software company, where I focused on building strong client relationships and negotiating multi-million-pound deals with global TV companies. My success has always stemmed from understanding clients’ needs and guiding them through complex digital transformations.

Outside of work, I spend time with my wife, Sara, our two children, and our energetic Vizsla, Hugo. We recently married in Tuscany, where our love for food and beautiful scenery played a central role. There’s nothing I enjoy more than cooking for a crowd of friends and family, bringing people together around great food and conversation. I’m a BBQ enthusiast, owning over 10 grills and smokers, and I love preparing smoked feasts for gatherings.

When we’re not cooking, we love heading to the Lake District for family hikes, enjoying the fresh air and beautiful landscapes.

My career began at a digital agency, where I first met Michael and little did I know we would end up working together again! From there, I transitioned into software development, becoming a Project Manager and eventually a Product Owner, overseeing complex projects and guiding teams to deliver high-quality digital solutions. Now, as Co-Director of Stowhill Estates, I bring those same organisational and leadership skills to our growing business.

When I’m not working, I love spending time with David, our two children, and our energetic Vizsla, Hugo. Family time often means trips to the New Forest beaches, walks in the Lake District, or taking the kids to Legoland and swimming. I’m also the designated dogsitter for friends and family, so Hugo always has plenty of company.

Travel is another passion of mine—I’m always dreaming of our next adventure, with Japan and the Philippines high on my bucket list. And when I’m at home, you’ll often find me baking cakes.

A fun fact: I even had a small appearance in the first Harry Potter movie, adding a bit of cinematic magic to my life story.

My background in nursing with the NHS has prepared me well for the ups and downs of buying and selling a home. It’s made me an excellent listener – and bringing up my five children has also made me a ninja negotiator!

My clients would describe me as ‘inspiring, calm, loyal, and good to be around.’ These qualities helped me over the last ten years when I helped to grow a bespoke estate agency in Worcestershire. I pride myself on my deep understanding of the needs and desires of sellers and buyers, and I truly know how to make the best of a house to maximize its saleability. Selling your home is a ‘big deal’ and I never forget that it can be emotional and stressful sometimes, but also hugely exciting and fun!

When I’m not selling homes, I love spending time with family and friends, shopping, walking, and generally making the most of life. Good food and wine are also high up on my list!

I started my career in 2017 after returning from an 18-month trip around the world. I learned the business of estate agency by doing everything from admin to viewings, negotiating, sales progression and looking after clients and buyers. I love getting stuck into it all – there’s very little in this industry that I don’t enjoy!

One of my favourite parts of the job is meeting lots of different people and helping them sell their unique and beautiful homes. When I’m not working, you’ll find me on a long walk with my dog Odie, stopping for a pub lunch, signing up to a marathon (and instantly regretting it!), or booking my next holiday!

I have enjoyed a varied career so far with roles including Hotel Manager for a large chain, Sales Negotiator for a multi-branch estate agency, and Centre Manager for a boutique office company.

All my roles have required ninja-level organisation and customer service with a smile, which I love bringing to the Stowhill team!

As Sales Manager, I’m with our clients every step of the way through their home-selling journey. You’re most likely to find me catching up with clients on the phone, arranging the photography, styling and brochure design, booking and conducting viewings, and of course, negotiating offers!

I have lived locally since I was ten and have since raised my family in Grove, so I know South Oxfordshire and its surrounding villages like the back of my hand. My family is incredibly important to me, so I love spending time and making memories with my parents, siblings, and two teenage daughters.

As a devoted mum, I spend my evenings and weekends taking my girls to football matches and taekwondo events across the country, and when I have time for myself, I enjoy unwinding with my husband by taking carp fishing trips, or seeking out a challenge! I’ve completed the London Marathon and next on the list is to climb Snowden. Watch this space!

Passionate about excellent customer service and collaboration, I met Lucy at a networking event when Stowhill Estates was just starting. Drawn to her warmth and the company’s innovative model, I am fully embracing blending my love of property with entrepreneurial drive.

I began my career in FMCG Commercial Buying, advancing to senior leadership roles with major UK retailers. Thriving in the fast-paced environment, I delivered great results for customers and my team while traveling globally to places like Borneo, China, and Costa Rica.

After a career break to start a family, I launched an online retail and wholesale business, running it successfully for 14 years. I also worked as a Diet and Lifestyle Consultant for five years, learning the value of empathy and strong client relationships.

Having lived in West Berkshire/North Hampshire for over 20 years, I have great local knowledge. Outside work, I enjoy countryside walks with my Australian Shepherd, Ziggy, and spending time with my two cats. I also play tennis, practice Pilates, and love traveling with my family.

Poppy has been a valued member of the Stowhill Estates team for over 13 years. Extremely loving but very noisy, Poppy ensures we never miss a delivery and provides cuddles on demand.
