Small really is beautiful in this immaculately presented cottage which has been lovingly refurbished by the current owners. From the dual zone underfloor heating, to the high specification fixtures and fittings, soft dimmable zoned lighting, oak floors, and ample storage throughout, a great deal of thought and care has gone into every aspect of this lovely property.
Downstairs the internal walls have been removed, creating light and modern open plan living. Enter into the country-cottage style kitchen – the heart of the home, which has been fully kitted out with integrated appliances including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge freezer. The kitchen features a traditional Belfast sink, range cooker and solid oak work surfaces. Leading off the kitchen is a dining area with plenty of space for family dining. There is ample cupboard space in the kitchen and a large storage area under the stairs too.
The most stunning feature of the sitting room are the enormous bi-fold doors which can be folded back completely to create a fantastic indoor/outdoor living space. The garden includes a lovely patio area for entertaining, leading to lawns with views onto peaceful open fields, where it’s not unusual to see deer grazing in the early evening.
Upstairs there are two good sized double bedrooms, with the master bedroom enjoying views over adjacent farmland and the second bedroom looking over the garden. The design of the family bathroom has been carefully thought out to make the most of the available space and features modern fittings including a high-specification bath and shower.
